Frequently asked questions
Can other people see the places I save?
They’re private by default. Your saved places and My Map stay hidden unless you choose to publish them. Community features like publishing and sharing routes are optional.
Can I use it overseas?
The UI supports English, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese. Maps and place search use Google Maps / Places, with worldwide coverage.
Where is my data stored?
In Supabase (Tokyo region). More regions are coming over time.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from subscription management inside the app. Premium features remain available until the end of the period.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export as JSON plus a ZIP of your photos, on every plan including Free.
Can I sync between iPhone and Android?
Yes. Sign in with the same account and your data syncs automatically.
What about photo GPS (EXIF)?
It’s stripped automatically on upload. Place coordinates are managed separately.
